Engine mount problem!?

Engine mount problem!?

HONDA CIVIC TYPE R (EP3)

I have a vibration comes right through the car not too bad but only once the car has settled at warm idle
it starts the vibration. Im not sure but i think it may be the cause of my bonnet hitting against the grill
causing an absolute racket!

if anyone can shine a light what mount it would be because ive checked them and none looked cracked?
possibly the last owner fitted black polybushed one to the front? how would i tell?
