Hi
I am thinking its about time I got the gear box in good order as it has many problems
Reverse gear hard to engage at times
3Rd gear crunch
4th dose not like to let go!

Looking online I found some sincro kits but what have other people gone for I'm looking to start hillclimbing within a year or so and don't want to lose the box all together.

Any tips on parts will be grate thanks

Sounds like a clutch issue making you struggle in some gears. Chances are you've done damage to the synchro for 3rd and 4th and maybe more.
Changing final drive and fitting an LSD are popular modifications. If you want to get into hill climb then you may want to pick your final drive and/or gear ratios to suit.
