Clunky Reverse Gear

Evening all,

Whenever I put my EP3 into, or take it out of, reverse it makes ones hell of a clunk noise. Also sometimes does this when putting it into first.
Once I'm moving she is smooth as anything through the gears just when I'm moving real slow or stationary.
Any help as to why and how to fix this would be great!

Could be the clutch not fully disengaging and dragging slightly? If you're on flat ground and hold the clutch down in 1st gear, does the car creep forward very slightly?
