Ep3 inner and outer cv joint differencea

Hi all done the clutch on my ep3 today noticed my inner drives side cv boot had split. I was wondering if the inner n out boot is different? I can't find many inner boot kits but my local garage has an outer boot kit was wondering if the boots were the same?thanks
