What size pully do i need to run with oem tensioner?? Car has aircon too!!

Any, the one that comes with the kit or the smaller ones that give higher Psi. You just need the right size of belt and the sizes differ with AC and non AC. But the pulleys are all usable.

Yeh mate its jrsc, ive got a gates 1640 which is too big lol and then a 1540 wich is abit short haha!! So im stuck

1540 should be bang on, I run a JRSC and I have Air Con, my belt is supplied by CPL and it's a Gates 7pk 1540.

Are you running 3.4 pully or 3.2 mate?
