CV boot split help

hi peeps have changed my suspension back to standard and somehow splitter the cv boot like a small split, didn't notice it until I change the wheels over and the inner wheel has grease all over it so been told it's the cv boot

The car drives funny like pulls left and right? Is the cv boot causing this? And I notice noise when I full lock not normal.

Please help
