FN2 water in passenger foot well

Trying to fix this. Water coming in from centre console into passenger foot well. So far I have checked the air con drain tube which is clear and attached where it should be. It doesn't seem to have to rain for the water to come in so I'm assuming it's air con related. The water is not coolant. The pollen filter was very dirty and wondering how this may or may not be causing the problem. Not sure what I should look for next.
