Hello people can anybody help me I have 2004 ep3 car starts and drives ok no fault code stored at all but after driving car from cold if I stop anywhere for 10min and come back to car it will not start just turns over so I remove the key try again and then then car will fire and have idle of 500rpm I Rev the car and all is ok has anybody had this hot starting fault ??? Only happens when car is hot and left for about 10min

When i start my car from cold i always idle for 6-7 mins get it warmed up nicely take it for drive and come back to it after 5 minutes or so and it starts up first time but the revs drop to 500 rpm and I never rev it back up to 700, it does itself, with yours starter motor could be playing up

I would guess at the iacv needs cleaning or replacing.
