Fitted yellow speed coilovers was getting knocking sounds while turning the steering wheel to both sides..was told track rods . Sound went away..but i have changed track rods and inner rods anyway..now the sounds back again. . Slightly more worse.. just a slight turn to left.. left side knocks..turning right is smooth occasional knock when turning stationery. .dont know what to do now. .its really annoying

I think a few people have had this issue. Is it a knock or more of a 'twang' sound?

More of a springy sound.. been told its the springs..will tighten up the springs on coilivers see if that works

Generally it's caused by the top mounts seizing up. As you turn the steering the spring binds up and then 'twang' it moves.
I think a few people on here have had the issue. Not sure if it's been resolved yet.

Top mounts on mine did this exact thing.
