Ok guys and girls been here a while and decided to show you what I got as I'm on here more than tro's forum..

Started off with a Vivid Blue ep2 and then this.. sadly another ep2.. a very quick car for a 1.6 though.. :salut:

This is my 3rd civic but 1st Type R, loving everything about it! So far so good! Always wanted a Milano and now was the time
Couple pics from the advert.. totally standard 54plate 2 owners from new.. genuine example

Image

Image

I did intentionally want to keep it totally standard and enjoy the car but plans never go to plan..
A couple snow pics.. looking very dirty.. and before the modding begins
Image

Image

First things first, Lights!
HID 55w 6000k H1's for dipped beam and H11's for the fogs.. Both supplied by LeeH at a top price! Cheers bud
Image

bumper off to fit hid fogs
Image

end result along with Halfrauds LED 501 sidelight bulbs.. cost a tenner but are the best a man can get!

DeTango front before

DeTango front after

DeTango rear before

DeTango rear after
Image

Followed a quick guide on here on how to refurb the gear knob as mine was a mess, didn't take long and was very impressed with the result!
Image

Made 2 bargain deals with CivicTypeR89 aka Jake.. another top bloke and great items! :salut:
Aero flat blade wipers - a deffinate purchase for any car!
Image

And Heko Wind Deflectors
Image

Got them both fitted up and really impressed with both.. Didn't want to fork out over £100 on JDM deflectors so these were the next best thing!
Here are some snaps of the Heko's in action..
Image

Image

Have also bought a Tanabe H-Brace from Solly on tro.. top bloke again :bigthumb:
Am still waiting to get this sandblasted and powdercoated in red before fitting..
Image

I am eagerly waiting to get it lowered on 30mm Eibach springs along with camber adjusters and a FRSU.. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks..

Let me know what you think, good or bad :-D

Looks smart, will look better once it's dropped too. Any other plans after that?

Yeah without a doubt! They sit far too high as standard..
Got a lot of plans mate, just when the money permits..

After the drop I will be getting front and rear strut braces to get the most out of the handling.. And then the main plans are tints on rear windows and an exhaust system.. possibly a DC sports catback.. not quite sure yet..

Nice car, always makes me think I should have gone Milano

Get the bigger rear JDM antiroll bar before the front and rear strut brace as this will make a more noticeable difference and money well spent.

Im changing my rear lights Saturday mate so should have them up for sale depending if I bother using them in the pre-facelift clusters.. doubt I will as the lens is red anyway.. Either way I will drop you a PM Saturday :salut:
These have only been on the car a few weeks also

Yeah I have been reading up on these JDM Rear ARB's and they seem to be an awesome mod! This will be next on the shopping list

I have also ordered some Motul DOT5.1 brake fluid to flush through the current stuff.. In the process of buying some new Goodridge Braided brake lines with S/S fittings and also on the prowl for a set of front Ferodo DS2500's..
And im awaiting a Tegiwa Brake Stopper to arrive.. some see improvements with this little mod where as others dont.. It was only £20 so thought I would find out for myself..

Won't be fitting all this till after I have had my springs, camber bolts & arms fitted and a FRSU..

After the handling and brakes are both upgraded, it will be time for more power

Loving your black wheels OZ, thinking of refurbing mine dark but probably a more gun metal shade..

Right, so it's my birthday next week and I have money available for either Eibach springs & camber adjusters along with a FRSU.. OR Tegiwa M induction fitted...

Im swaying towards the Teg M to get more noise from it and have spotted a possible buy in the for sale section..

Lower or induction first  what would you guys do..?

I got them from a member on here mate..
Just done a search on ebay and they are all about a tenner, im sure any on there would be fine as it's not exactly an expensive bit of kit..
A must have mod though!

Thanks mate, i do thnk dark rims on a Milano looks the nuts. I tossed up between black and anthracite. Decided on black in the end and continued the theme through other parts of the car. I got rid of my AEM cai a few weeks ago and got a Teg M and dont regret it for a second. Awesome bit of kit and highly rated by tdi north so good enough for me.

Think I may sway for an anthracite shade..

Yeah been looking at vids on youtube and they sound immense!! There's also a couple in for sale section I got my eye on.. so if theres a bargain to be had then I'll get the Teg M but otherwise think I'll keep to my plans and lower it first, improve on the already impressive handling
