Are the uprated bushes on the arb a worthy mod?

Unsure tbh, I thought they might be but Grinspeed said it will make little difference when he fitted them Maybe if your car is already fully bushed and a track slag it might etc

Yes you can use the arch liners, I have mine back in.,

If you were a track slag then taking them out would in theory aid cooling for the brakes.
