dont worry about it buddy

you can use oem lines but i thought since your swapping fluid and taking everything apart just good practice to swap them over to braided lines

im using s2k stoptech brake discs and dc5 yellowstuff pads and they work a treat.

im booked on a track day feb 11th so ill have an update on how the car performed and stuff

A little update I bought and fitted a corbeau pro series bucket seat .

I refused to pay £150 for a seat rail so me and a mate of mine fabricated a seat subframe from mild steel and Iv bolted it in the oem seat fixing points and used some corbeau side mounts. The seat is solid and way better being in a fixed position, I'm going to get the sub frame powder coated as its abit ugly at the moment.

Iv also opted for 4 point 3" TRS harness which arrived today I haven't fitted it yet

A few pictures

A good bucket seat is one of the best modifications to do IMO
Ye still need to make it look better I'll sort out the excess when I send it to be powder coated just want to make sure I'm happy with the position before I cut anything

still not bad for a £10 and a pizza :-D

bluntcap wrote:Seat looks awesome. You planning on tracking it or is it just for daily driving that seat? Always wanted to put a Buddyclub one in line but thought it might be a bit OTT for my daily drive lol
Cheers buddy, ye I already track it and hoping to do lots more this year and hopefully a trip to nurburgring at some point.

I only use the car at nights and weekends as I have a van for during the day.

The seat is quite comfortable Iv been using a 3 point harness i borrowed off a mate which is abit of a b!tch to get in but the 4 point harness will be much better

It isn't to bad to use as a daily It would get annoying if you were constantly stop and starting as getting in and out the bucket is an art form plus doing up the harness every time gets abit annoying lol
