I've jut booked here for the Saturday so I'm staying in one hotel on the Friday and the other on Saturday - random!! Took the last room which was the quad room so if any other guys are struggling to find a place to stay let me know as it would seem I would have three spare beds

For those who are travelling over to spa on the Friday do you know which tunnel time slot you are going for. Be good to get a few is us in convoy. My thoughts were to get the tunnel at about 10am.

Coming back I'll probably aim for an 20.00 - 20.30 departure from Calais on the Sunday. Probably worth booking soon as the prices will creep up the nearer we get.

I think we are aiming for a 10am tunnel there, not sure on the way back as we are not coming back until the Monday

Right then we're in a Travelodge on Thursday night with breakfast the next morning.




The room was £43 & breakfast was £6.65 each.

We'll be arriving between 2130 & 2200 hopefully.

I'm keeping my return open as I may stop at a few places before taking the tunnel back to the UK. Was just curious what you lot were doing so I could stick to your plans if I decided not to go ahead with travel.

Ok, I've booked the 10.20 tunnel crossing (check in closes at 09.50) on the Friday morning, coming back at 21.50 (check in closes at 21.20) on the Sunday.

Sedge / Grubdip - you guys want to take the the same crossing over?
