Clearly you misunderstood me... I really mean I am hiring out a Rally Stage in Wales (as in I am hiring for my club Rebel Motorsport Club) I do it every year and yes it is a proper tarmac purpose built rally stage..

So you see we hire out a tarmac rally stage for the whole weekend camp there and have the full use of the track.. This year we will be having Phil there with either his Group N rally ST fiesta or his rally XR2 also giving passenger rides..
