Right folks this is very quick and a post will be put up tonight with everything you need to know so please dont pm me until then as all will be explained in detail for those with questions

However for those who are keen to get the ball rolling and know about CTRO and RMC's partnership & are on both clubs etc etc... this will be the first post info with payment information should you wish to order your tickets (Please make sure you READ the below)

Stand & Club Tickets

This is important so please read (I will only say this once!)

To purchase a stand ticket & show your car on the CTRO & Rebel Motorsport Club stand you MUST be registered with BOTH clubs (registation for both clubs is FREE & it helps if you keep the same screen name on each site please) This is explained in Public Liability Insurance Information in the 2nd post.

Club Stand Pass (includes car & driver) is £15 plus £1 cost for Public Liability Insurance.

Club Entrance (thats passenger pass) is £15 per person. Under 14 years go for free.

Payment must be in by Midnight Thursday 1st March 2012. No extensions given.


Payment Details

For payment details click here if paying via paypal please make it a gift otherwise I'll get stung for the admin costs this all adds up so I will be asking you to reimburse us.. Make sure you add Japfest with your Rebel Account screen name otherwise I will have no idea who its off or what its for as I'm running a few events at the moment.

For bank transfers cheques etc drop me a pm and I'll give you details.




Ticket Information

Tickets will NOT be posted out to you for a couple of reasons.

1. They are usually delieved a couple of days before the event leaving little time to post.
2. I would rather hand them to you personally that way I know you have got the ticket as I would hate for it to get lost in the post.
3. I havent taken for P&P



I know some of you have already paid and details of that are on Rebel Motorsport Club however all this will be transferred over later this evening...
Omi aka Jordan is taking the lead on this event he is Admin on Rebel and also well known member on CTRO. both Omi and I can activate your registation on RMC or if you have an old account reactivate it etc. so any problems with that feel free to pm either of us.
