As mentioned earlier we have wind breaks to shield a communal area, also at least 1 table maybe 2.

It is peeing it down here so can't clean the car... hopefully can tomorrow

We were looking to stay here in case the gran fell through; only thing I would say is it is outdoor parking But, the parking is behind the hotel, have a look on Google.

I could probably meet you on the M1, near Derby somewhere - doesn't really make much difference for me doing M6 or M1 TBH.

I haven't and I would suspect that we get everything when we get there or at least I hope so.
