Info time :

Stand location.... We are in Area E as the website states, the "QL" on the stand passes stand for Quarry Left so no guessing where we are.

The marshalls will direct you to exactly where you need to be :bigthumb:

Gazebo:

We should have secured a gazebo im just waiting on dande to get back to my PM, hes rather useless at reading and replying anywhere near when they were sent :boxing:

Table:

This is up in the air at the mo, I'm looking to get a table along aswell so we can have it under the gazebo to put all the nibbles and stuff on.

Would anyone that is coming along happen to have one they can shove in the car and bring it along?

BBQ:

Dan is bringing a BBQ along and will be our chef for the day. He is going to be bringing some food, I beleive firedance is going to bring some along aswell.

if you want to bring some food along you are more than welcome to help out as anybody that is bringing food will not be bringing enough for everyone so evry little helps guys :salut:

I will also be bring some nibbles crips biscuits that sort of stuff and drinks

I decided to give the car a good going over saturday as the weather was nice, wheels off to clean, arches scrubbed and the whole car tar cleansed, polished and waxed only to have it chuck it down with rain 15 minutes after I had finished and next door then firing up the disc cutter to cut paving slabs and therefore covering my car in clouds of cement dust. Cleaning fail!

Unfortunately i was away for bank holiday weekend, my apologies for leaving the forum for 5mins.

Yes we have a gazebo/shelter which i will be bringing. Along with banners/sail flags etc.

BBQ:

Dan is bringing a BBQ along and will be our chef for the day. He is going to be bringing some food, I beleive firedance is going to bring some along aswell.

I will be bringing a means to cook food (maybe burners rather than BBQ for ease of transport with all other stuff i'm to bring) and "some" food.

THIS FOOD WILL NOT FEED EVERYONE.

Therefore, please bring your own food which you may cook using the equipment we have.

I will also not be your chef for the day. Please bring your food and cook as you wish on what will be provided.

The one time I missed the usual turn off and had to go the other way the traffic was much worse, over 50mins queue
