There's been a few others showing interest but that's the advance ticket list so far. I'm sending away the ticket payment today so advance ticket payment is now closed.
Folk can still join the stand though, they just need to buy a ticket at the gate on the day.

I have old PA speakers but hubbie chucked out the amp for some reason and we've not got round to buying a new sound system.

Thanks m1ke but I reckon the marquee should do. I hired some tables and chairs too so anyone who brings music stuff will be able to use a table or two, or we'll improvise somehow.

There is a place near me called Maynards, which does award winning sausages and various kinds of dry-cure bacon.

Well my plan was to go and buy some supplies locally to JAE on the Friday. I wouldn't buy the cheapest stuff but obviously high quality costs more.

To date we've broken even after paying marquee & furniture hire (plus VAT), plot fee and BBQ cost but there's not a huge amount left in the pot to feed 30 plus people!

That stuff looks lovely Gravy but at £16 a kilo for sausages I'm afraid everyone would be lucky to get a sausage each.
Maybe Stu has some pennies hidden away in the bank of CTRO though.
