I've had 3 seats in the back of mine for years now and been carrying 3 people in the back with no problems. It's been inspected by vosa and passed many mot's. The insurance also are happy with it because dvla have changed my log book to a 5 seats.

Yes mate just make sure you get the 3 point belt buckle as well.
