Ok, tried to fit my Bride RO Rails to my JDM Recaro's today and couldn't get it to work. I'm not sure if anyone has any experience.
I have obviously removed my original rails which leaves a nice flat frame to the seat. What I can't work out is that the Bride rail has the seatbelt holder welded onto the top meaning it is not sitting flush to the original recaro frame. It does however line up perfectly with the car.
The base of the seat is also bulged so the middle of it sits a little lower than the side frame. This now means that I can't move the frame around enough to put the screws through without it getting stuck against the base of the seat.
All I received in the box was a bolt for the seatbelt and the rail. It seems like it needs spacers or something but I certainly can't work out how to get it to fit with the standard bolts.
Anyone have any ideas? It is definitely the correct part no.
