I briefly fitted an old set of harnesses kicking around into my premier seats. For me I found the 3inch wide belt to big and cutting into my neck too much so a 2inch wide belt will probably work better. I think the holes in the back are fairly close together compared to full race seats. Also you'd need a harness bar to get a better angle and harnesses on a reclining seat isn't recommended.
