Has anything ever become of this or has anyone come up with another solution other than buying a new OEM shifter assembly??

I have one installed as well as a tegiwa shifter. Works better than a buddyclub!

Same as above with teg shortshifter, finally. Is excellent, zero free play and nice mechanical movement in to gears. Looking at the Omni power quick clutch master cylinder now..

you can't buy a Mugen-tuned engine or ECU/map for the road, but if you could...

Bear in mind that the Omni is for US cars and will need a spacer machined to fit! I know from experience, although I used an OEM from a US car, the part is visually the same as the Omni.
