Has anyone fitted one of these? looks pretty straight forward

if so what did u use to bond it.. just trying to save a few bob rather
than give it to the bodyshop..

Also whats the best colour to spray it Gloss Black or Matt black?

I've always used sikaflex for external stuff, that or tiger seal is generally recommended. Just masking tape it on while it cures.

Can't comment on the colour though I'm afraid. I'd always prefer gloss but haven't seen any.
