rear wiper removal kit?

Im looking at removing the rear wiper assembly on my ep3 track car, where do you get the bungs for the hole in the window from?

Is there not a kit available that sits flush, rather than a raised bung/grommet

There are kits about that use a piece of glass or alike that people have used on here, personally I don't care on mind as its a track car
