See if i bought another ep3 and put my Hondata ecu in it and put the standard ecu from the new car into the old car would that work as in start both cars ok or does it need something done for imobilisers?

No it won't work.

If it's a Kpro you can enter Kmanager software and disable the immobiliser, but you won't be able to do the standard ecu without taking the car to Honda.
