Please be aware that there are counterfeit Hondata systems being sold through unofficial channels. This applies to both new and used systems.

You can only be certain of purchasing a genuine Hondata product if it is purchased through an official dealer.

Please do not purchase new Hondata items from online auction sites such as E-Bay. There is a high risk of being scammed or being sold a counterfeit.

Official Hondata dealers:
- DO NOT sell Hondata engine management products through on-line auction sites such as Ebay.
- Have detailed knowledge of the product and offer a landline telephone number for technical support
- Offer full tuning facilities (not an e-tuning only service)
- Sell at the official price and offer full technical support for the product.

Also please be aware that Hondata do not distribute their products through mail-order only companies, they insist that the product is properly supported by the dealer and that the dealer can offer a full dyno tuning service.
