Recently come on and dont know why. Not had any changes to my car

Get the code read. Only way to see why it's popped the light. You may be lucky and it's just a loose connection so push them all together under the seats.

Also worth noting that in it's current state it will fail the MOT because of it.

Just realised that i put original seats in at MOT & have since replaced with my buddy clubs!

Im guessing it could be because the clip that attachs to th orignal seat clips, is not connected and therefore ecu assumes something wrong?

If anything on the circuits is not connected it will throw the light on. On my FN2 there are three connections under each front seat for the SRS system and any one being disconnected will put the light on.
