A bit of an FYI for people that dont know!

Got hold of the company that produce the alarm systems for CTR's (Hamilton & Palmer)

They do refurb kits for the Preface & face lift fob.

Includes:

2 plastics
New buttons
3 screws
Battery



All for the price of £12.00. This should be the same price for both style fobs.

I bought new cases for mine a couple of years ago and now they look almost as tatty as they did before. The white writing comes off after a week or so :bad-words:

swapped the internals, job done.

For £12 id expect a full replacement key fob that would just need programming to the car, not just a refurb kit.

Did that come with buttons (not the internal circuit ones, the grey plastic ones)
