From Civinfo I followed a thread

That allows you to create your own screens, rather than the Honda Navigation Screen at boot up.
So after a bit of tinkering I managed to get this to work, and my boot up screen is like this.

I have found an error in the post, when it tells you to create a folder called CD and place all the files in it and burn it to disc, it actually means burn the contents of the folder, and not the folder itself to disc. In the event of any error whilst loading the setup into your SatNav, rest assured you just have to put your original DVD back in and it defaults back to the factory setup.
