Ok guys I'm after a little help and advice if possible.

My car has started making a knocking noise from the front, I assumed it was anti roll bar bushes so had them out and they are like new, whilst having a couple of new tyres fitted yesterday the chap checked all the bushes etc and said all seemed fine so I'm a bit stuck as to where to go next.

This knocking only happens when going over bumps or potholes in the road, on a smooth piece of road not a single noise???

I've also noticed in the wet the front end of the car feels totally unsafe cod this all be connected?? Possibly down to steering rack or something??

How did he check them? Because some joints you need the weight of the car on them to make the knock.

I would say something like the drop links, top mounts or the upper engine mount on the OS.

9/10 they are drop links.

The boots don't go so you can't see issued, but the knock like mad
