got mugen skirt on order so i think id like to lower the car slightly,i use the car everyday for work so i dont really want a much harsher ride, i know this is unavoidable but can u guys recommend any springs?

I think there are three main options

1) ABP lowering and fast road set-up

2) H&R springs

3) Spoon springs

They all seem to be rated highly, the spoon springs don't drop it much maybe only 15mm and I think the other 2 drop 30-35mm.

Have a look at posts regarding the different springs and see what people maek of them and you should be able to get the prices aswell by having a look around :wink:

If you are keen to keep the ride smooth you may want to consider a set of Koni dampers.

These chaps will recover ride quality regardless of drop, not cheap though, expect to pay £400-£500 fitted on top of lowering springs.
