Lowering CTR

Hello All
I want to lower my Type R, but still want to keep it practical. What does everyone suggest as I am not too sure what to go for. Is it worth uprating the dampers or just going for a lowered spring kit?

ABP can lower the car AND set-up the car correctly to give you the best possible handling and great looks.
For springs, camber adjuster and fast road set-up its approx £550 - give them a call on 0127 056 7177.
I have just had the setup myself and it has totally transformed the car...
I believe shocks may improve things further but the stock shock absorbers work well with their -35mm springs.

buy my coilovers instead, miles better than any sping/shock combination fully adjustable for ride height and damping as well 8)

how do coilovers effect the camber and geometry issues?
surely if you adjust the height it needs to be re-set each time?

yeah but you get rear camber for free
On the settings i currently have the difference is night and day compared to the std sh-t and i dont care how much geometry changes you do the std stuff is crap!
Coilovers also weigh around half the std stuff so reduce unsprung weight further improving the handling!
IMO the std kit is too stiffly sprung and underdamped especially at the rear..
