What do you guys who run decat, do when it comes to MOT time? Swap out your whole manifold for the day?

You need a nice MOT man and a few quid

Put the standard manifold/cat in the boot. Find an MOT station that will "fit the catalytic converter", carry out the MOT and then "refit the race manifold"
Then if the ministry comes round to check the station. As your catalytic converter is in the boot, they can say it was fitted at time of test, covers their botty and then you'll have to deal with the consequences.
