As above all what's the best for performance and noise heard good rumours about the aem long arm but anything else ? Cheers

I've just got hks rsk for mine. Can pick them up on the forums for about 200 second hand they sound the nuts as well . Well worth the money. Also try civinfo forum. Hope this helps mate.
