Within the next 2 months i will be adding the following to my CTR,

Nos 100BHP Progresive
Lowered springs
Cold air intake
Performance Exhaust

The NOS i have already sorted.

What i want to know is whats the best Air Induction kit to get?

As you spec'ed a Cold Air intake your limited to:

BMC Carbon fibre
Mugen
AEM
GruppeM carbon fibre 8)

where can you get a Mugen airbox from, how much are they and what gains do they give?

I think about £450, dunno about gains (ask 10 pence short, he has one).
