Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum but on my 2nd FN2 now.
Anyway, I've ordered a set of the k-system brembos as front brakes are non existent on my car. Because I have Rages on, I want to switch to 18's for track use. Don't really want to buy standard fn2 wheels which are supposed to clear it with 10mm spacer, so with et45 on 7.5" wheel
I've been trying to find anything about clearance on these but all I can find is info on stoptech kit. Is the stoptech caliper similar size/width to brembos?
There was a group buy here for the brembo kit, so what do people run offset and wheel width wise to clear them?
I am looking at:
- rota torque 18/8 et48
- rota gtr 18/8 et48
- speedline turini et48
Probably all would need a spacer?
Or, be boring and get a set of pro race 1.2 18/8 et40-42?
Car will be lowered on coilovers so question is how likely any of these are to rub on hard cornering/track?
Ideal solution would be to get something that will clear the bbk without spacers and not rub
Any info will be much appreciated.
