I know this might sound a stupid question but I am getting some grooved disc for my ep3 and am just wondering which way the grove should be going. If anyone has any information that would be great

The groove direction doesn't actually matter. What's more important is if they have directional cooling vanes that they're fitted the correct way.
What brand of discs have you bought?

They are the stop tech disc mate just don't want to be fitting them wrong
