Get urself down to "Hyeline" in Cardiff mate.

Has a sh-t load of engine mods for the EP3.
But if its a trek for you then just go on their website.

ive heard a few stories about slightly dodgy workmanship and rip off 'extra' workshop charges, but like I said these are just stories and rumours so dont let it put you off. Ive been down there once for parts for my old EG and found the guys there nice and helpful but a little pricey. The area suffers from a lack of dedicated performance tuners (Vspec - a honda specialist, closing last year and Westec in Newport recently going bust) so they have no competition to measure thier charges against. Good supply of import cars though, one of the more being the 'famous' NSX that was on Trial's stand at the Tokyo Auto Salon thats recently been supercharged.
