Hi , new owner of a civic type r gt fn2 . What should i be looking for.

Hi all, just bought a civic type r gt 07 plate. Fn2
Lovely car and instantly feel in love with it .Has quite a few mods already and is a nice car but needs abit of live and tidy up.
Is there anything i should do being a new owner , servicing bits ect
Or checking anything specific.
Air con has just stopes working so that will be first job along with paint correction and full interior detail im just unsure what to do mechanicaly and body wise.
