thats a load of wotsit wives tale, their venom is not strong at all. also that appears to be a harvestmen species in the pic, look like spiders but are not actually classed as true arachnids

Here is another I took at the same time. Through binoculars I noticed this faint fuzzy patch in the middle of the sword in the Orion constellation, so i took a photo. It turns out the fuzzy bit is the Orion Nebula. I was amazed how much detail there actually was when that area of the photo was enlarged.
