also good call on the number of established middle classers, that means the majority of CTRO & their partners earn £50k+ each, have a house worth £250k-£500k and savings of £50k+ in the bank. standard.
If me and my partner erned 50k each and had a house worth 250-500k plus savings of 50k I would not be driving an EP3 thats for sure.
