Which would you choose....I know the black rubber bit on the rear of the facelift is ugly, but would the idea of owning a newer version of the car not be tempting?

I was always a pre facelift fan, I still am, but the facelift is starting to look very appealing......

Facelift in the flesh looks alot better than you think. Due to the age, miles and money people want for a pre I'd be tempted by a facelift. Suppose you can retro fit bumpers

Looks, I prefer the front and rear lights (the rear lights on the FL looks like a DC2). The front bumper is nicer looking on the prefacelift, as is the rear bumper.

IMO the only way I can explain it is, imagine a games manufacturer puts the prefacelift DC5 in a racing game, but cant make it too detailed because of whatever reason, they would end up with the facelift. If that makes sense

(By the way I don't know what platform the game would be on, console vs PC, apparently it matters)

Well explained tbh I see what you mean, I think the facelift looks a bit fresher, i am a fan of the pre for sure, but the newness of the facelift attracts me......only if one could be had for a bargain mind.

Id have to agree, IMO Front lights look better, so does the rear lights and whole rear end in general. However the only thing i dislike don the pre is the oem front grill.

End of the day, your money and whats you prefer to have. The mugen kitted dc5 does look pretty tasty as well.
