Been on the waiting list for a new custom FK8, arrives on Saturday ready for pickup -- 2018 plate...

Applied in October for the finance, all approved ok... They ran the credit search again and they rejected me.. Had a couple of late payments on some cards that couldn't be avoided, all back to normal now but.... the computer said no..

Been waiting for months, i'm gutted beyond words.

Wahooo! All fixed, spoke to the Honda Finance underwriting team today and they have helped me out no end.. Honestly, i've worked as an agile coach within finance for many years and have never seen such amazing 'customer focused' processes..

Well done Honda!

I pick her up next Saturday;)
