So my service light has come on for Service A but when I go into vehicle information it tells me my service is due in 2000 miles.

Car's on about 7k miles so a service at 9k makes sense but why is the service light warnig me so early?
Can anyone who's had their service light on already tell me how far in advance they were warned. 2000 miles away seems a bit odd!

Plus it pings up every time I start the car which is going to get a bit irritating for the next 2000 miles!

Mine did the same, and it gets bloody annoying after a month or so!

2k aye. It gets more aggressive at 700 and tells you "Service Due Now," even though it plainly isn't.

Tuition Instructor at Croft raised an eyebrow when it popped up on the dash at startup, but as they say, Zero f**** given and all that jazz.

I'm around 7300 & nothing yet, I'll check the service menu tomorrow to see what it's showing

Exactly the same on mine, I have done nearly 8k and mines needed a service for the last month lol. Booked in for A service on Wednesday and getting pipercross drop in filter fitted to.

I've left mine till the 30th, getting a full yr in before I hand cash over
Not sure how they'll manage it, booked in at 11 on a Saturday, service takes a couple of hrs & I'm sure they knock off early Saturdays

Cat my annual service isn't due till end of the month but the A service light came on in May and it only required an oil change which was free under the 5 yr service package.
Mine will still have its annual in a week or so.

I was getting para because I had to top up the oil and wondered if that was the problem. Bloody computerized car gives me heart palpitations every time it flashes up a warning!

Checked this morning & I have 2700 to go for service A, I'm around the 7300+ mark at the moment

Classic was the chap who won the fk for a year, went out at donny and came back one LaP later after limp home mode engaged......seems granny shifting not good.....
