The largest Civic Type R club forum

Established in 2002 it brings together people from all over the world to discuss their one love of Type R's.

Have a recipe to share? It doesn't matter if its cheesy beans on toast or Foie Gras, or maybe some cooking tips that could make Heston Blumenthal look like a rank amateur? Then post them in here and let the world know.

Follow this and you can be as awesome as me.

1 cup of caster sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
3 mashed bananas
1/2 a cup of softened butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt
Walnuts or pecans for top if you like

Grease inside of a loaf tin and preheat oven to 180. Beat first 6 ingredients together in large bowl for approx 1 min, add flour, salt and baking powder and beat until mixed through, add to loaf tin and sprinkle a few nuts ontop. Bake for approx 1 hour (depends on oven) checking now and again. Is done when pricked with a cocktail stick and it comes out clean.

Fucking awesome bro's
