Salt and pepper

Combine and cook. For breakfast I have it on toast for dinner I use extra eggs and have some Indian or middle eastern flat bread.

For dinner replace the tomato with a handful of frozen veg.

to the OP recipe, boil some potatoes, dice them, then fry in pan with onions & garlic, then add the eggs and everything else, it's epic :salut:

We get fresh eggs from my mums chickens. Taste better than the ones in the supermarket - apparently they can sell them as fresh even over a month after theyve been produced or summat.
