have tried making mine last week and it was epic, the best doner I have ever eaten.

I switch the dried onion \ garlic with the fresh stuff though.

Did this again over the weekend but this time used minced fresh onion and garlic, I think it was improved.

Skewers aren't needed, I just used them for effect :lol:
