The largest Civic Type R club forum

Established in 2002 it brings together people from all over the world to discuss their one love of Type R's.

Have a recipe to share? It doesn't matter if its cheesy beans on toast or Foie Gras, or maybe some cooking tips that could make Heston Blumenthal look like a rank amateur? Then post them in here and let the world know.

100g plain flour
2 eggs
300ml milk
pinch of salt
knob of butter melted in to the mix

:-D
something didn't go quite right  the mixture was very white, first one was to thick, 2nd the pan was to hot, 3rd prity good and 4th wasent bad either, they were getting better

My dad uses lard but I use a touch of butter or low fat 1cal spray so it's really just so the mix doesn't stick. I would think that olive oil taints the flavour

condensed milk, nutella, maple syrup and normal syrup. Not all on the same pancake obviously.

If you want american style you can split the eggs and whip up the egg whites before folding them back into the mix. The resulting pancake is nice and fluffy.
