I am rather partial to Brioche. Not easy to find so I make my own. Here is todays batch:



Don't have the special fluted tins to do it properly but they taste nice anyway.

Also made a chicken curry for supper.

Four. My two kids like them also so 3-4 get eaten a day so that lot won't last a week.

I must admit I'm the ballsocks at scones and cheese straws. Utterly brilliant at muffins too with banana and white chocolate begin the current favourite.

And soda bread takes like 5 mins to prepare then stick it in the oven for 30 mins, easy!
