The largest Civic Type R club forum

Established in 2002 it brings together people from all over the world to discuss their one love of Type R's.

Have a recipe to share? It doesn't matter if its cheesy beans on toast or Foie Gras, or maybe some cooking tips that could make Heston Blumenthal look like a rank amateur? Then post them in here and let the world know.

Had a bit of a cookathon this afternoon.

Huge pot of beef brisket chilli.
Huge pot of chicken thighs cooked in white wine with shallots and button mushrooms.
Huge pot of pork shoulder cooked in red wine with garlic and sliced mushrooms.
Huge pot of chicken soup.

So that's the freezer stocked up with homemade ready meals. :-D

About to tuck into a super thick ribeye steak with baby pots, asparagus, mushrooms and a gorgonzola sauce on the side. :yum:

Best bit is, I had nothing to do with the cooking of it. :WOOT
